Throuhout the wasps season We will be removing wasps nests throughout Stockport, Cheadle, Sale, Altrincham for a fixed fee of just thirty-two pounds.
We operate 7 days per week including evenings and weekends and do not charge an extra for evening and weekend call outs.
Wasps nests can usually be dealt with from the outside of the building by injecting a small quantity of wasp powder into the opening using a special machine.
It is vital to have a wasps’ nest dealt with before September when the new queens which will build next year’s nests start to be born. Once this starts just destoying the nest will not kill these wasp queens as they are no longer going back to the nest. A single wasps nest can create about 2000 queens.
In the summer months we give priority to wasps’ nest calls as we are aware that many people react badly to wasps stings and it is important to remove the nest as quickly as possible. We do our best to provide a rapid same day service but this is clearly constrained by how much work we have on.
It is neither necessary nor desirable to remove the wasp nest itself as it cannot be used again and, being constructed purely of paper it will eventually crumble away of its own accord.
