I have recently received lots of calls from various individuals claiming to give me cheap business calls at low rates but as with all of these products I didn’t know who I could believe and what precisely the companies where offering. I went on line and had a look around to find out what use 0800 business telephone numbers were to me and whether they could really give me cheap business calls.
A lot of the Business telephone number sites go on about their customer services but take forever to move your business telephone number from one service provider to another leaving you with moments that you you are unable to use your business telephone number. Or the other one that I love is when you swap over to the new provider and from that point in your business phone number is either not working or the so called structures that are in situation lower your standard of service, directing your business calls to the incorrect people and giving you a large initial price for installation.
A few of the companies I viewed at required me to swap my business telephone number to their own, which I didn’t find satisfactory as my stationery and advertising would have to be changed at some large cost to myself. The tie in to many of the businesses was often over 12 months which in a company is a very long time especially if the provider is poor.
There is a bright side however after all my moans about bad providers of 0800 freephone numbers or business numbers, I did find a provider that was able to offer me things like no tie in, no installation cost, no minimum charge per call and management systems that are tailored to your needs. My advice is is there are savings to be had from phone companies when you shop around and don’t except poor excuses.
