Would it not be better to prevent wrinkle formation rather than try to remove them later? Wrinkle prevention should be started even before the appearance of crow’s feet (the first sign of wrinkle formation!). Your skin care daily routine should, and must, be your lifelong companion for flawless skin.
Never forget that internal moisture is just as important to your skin as that it gets from skin creams. If you don’t drink enough water to hydrate your skin from the inside, all else will be for naught. For proper skin care, eight to ten glasses of water per day is the minimum requirement.
Moisturize your skin on the outside with a good skin cream. You’ll be happy to learn that good and expensive are not the same thing when dealing with skin creams.
Choose an anti wrinkle cream that includes natural moisturizers in it’s ingredients (ie; primrose oil). You should also pass on any cream that doesn’t include collagen as one of it’s ingredients. Collagen is a skin protein that is used to keep your skin soft and pliable.
Check, also, for one more ingredient that is absolutely necessary in any good anti wrinkle skin cream. Antioxidants, like vitamins A & E, must be included to fight free radicals that are formed on your skin when you go out into the sunlight. For wrinkle prevention, staying out of direct sunlight would be best. Most of us just can’t do that, so always wear sunblock.
It’s actually easy to stop wrinkles from forming to begin with. Remember that it must be a daily project. It’s really a very small effort for such a huge benefit.
